Likehome offers a complete hands off rental management solution. By partnering with us, we take care of all of the ins and outs with respect to managing your property, and delivering you above market returns, without you having to lift a finger.
The first step is to enter your details via the signup form, upon which a Likehome representative will get in touch shortly thereafter. We then provide you with a comprehensive earnings estimate, so you can make an informed decision on how much your property might be able to generate. If you are keen to go ahead, we then pair you with one of our expert local managers who will meet you at your property, onboard you and be your ongoing local point of contact throughout your time as a Likehome customer.
Likehome charge 18% plus Gst for our Airbnb Management service, and 5% plus Gst for our long term property management service.
Likehome Airbnb Management service provide completed management on behalf of an owner, including services such as: meet and greet, cleaning, check-in, check-out, ad creation and communication with guests, etc.
Earnings can be different dramatically depends on many factors such as property condition, location, number of bedrooms, property styling, etc,. We will meet you and inspect your property to analysis the potential earnings of your property.
Once the contract is signed, it normally take 2 weeks to onboading a property if you choose us for furniture or styling. If you choose prepare yourself, time may varies depends on your availability.
Likehome does not have minimum contract requirement. So as long as there is no future reservation, Client can take the property back anytime for own use.
